Jennifer Borlick is the GIS Manager at Rock County Planning, Economic and Community Development. In that role she represents the department on the Land Records committee and the Rock County Land Information Council. She is also a member of the Rock County Diversity and Inclusion Task Force. She represents the county at the state level as the alternate Land Information Officer (LIO). She is an active member in the Wisconsin Land Information Association (WLIA) where she served as a member of the Board of Directors and is currently President-Elect. She is a graduate of UW-Madison and has been working in the GIS field since 2000.
