The format will be a presentation and explanation of terms and concepts and a live demonstration of MS Project. The objective is to provide participants with a practical understanding of project planning and management concepts, creation of a project work plan (work breakdown structure), and use of ProjectTM for applying controls on project timing, presenting project plans, and monitoring project status. This tutorial is appropriate for professionals with no prior experience with MS Project, those who have a beginning or intermediate level of experience, or those who need a refresher in the use of MS ProjectTM software
