GIS-Pro 2020 has ended
Welcome to URISA’s GIS-Pro 2020 — A special virtual edition for challenging times.
We invite you to review the agenda, block your calendar, and join us virtually for URISA’s 58th Annual Conference. Our community has always been resilient and eager to help each other through a crisis. Be engaged. Ask questions. Explore solutions. Make the most of this opportunity. Be safe.

Workshops will be presented ’live’ on September 23 & 24 and after GIS-Pro on October 6 & 7. Attendance at one workshop is included with full registration.

Note that all times in this online agenda are presented in CENTRAL Time (URISA’s office is in Chicago).

You must be registered to access the online platform (which is not this Sched agenda).

King County GIS
GIS Marketing & Business Development Manager
Seattle, WA
I am the Marketing and Business Development Manager for the King County GIS Center in Seattle. Previously I was the GIS Supervisor for the East Bay Municipal Utility District in Oakland. I have an MA in geography from Wayne State University. I am a Past-President of URISA and founder of the GIS Management Institute.
I have written and spoken about GIS management best-practices, marketing, business development, and financial management for successful government agency GIS programs across North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. My current GIS passion is related to issues of equity and social justice.
In my spare time I like to hike steep, narrow, dangerous trails that lead high above the clouds to awesome views.
