Drew Fioranelli has been involved with GIS and supporting local government geospatial efforts for over 15 years. Prior to joining DATAMARK, Mr. Fioranelli served as the GIS Director for Fauquier County, VA. During his time in Fauquier County, Mr. Fioranelli helped lead the development and implementation of a UAVs program for law enforcement and public safety, while re-educating county and local leadership on the benefits of geospatial data.
He also partnered with the Fauquier County Fire Department to develop accurate fire response areas using time and distance analysis within the GIS. Mr. Fioranelli is in his third year as President of the Geospatial Information and Technology Association, a global non-profit whose mission is to educate, connect, and advocate geospatial professionals.
