GIS Supervisor
Michael O’Shea is the GIS Supervisor for the Office of Asset Management within the City of Baltimore’s
Department of Public Works. The Office of Asset Management is responsible for all data concerns
related to the City’s drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure. Michael earned his
Masters in GIS from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2013 and has been involved in the Utility
sector for nearly 15 years.
