Sally B. Holbert, RLA a registered landscape architect and president of Land Logics Group (LLG) with more than 25 years’ experience leading an organizational transformation in the adoption of geospatial technologies. She has a B.S. degree in Geology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master’s in landscape architecture and Watershed Management from the University of Arizona. Her most recent game-changing contributions with clients include facilitating operational and process improvement with high accuracy mobile field data collection and GIS web-mapping application solutions. While working diligently to encourage digital transformation, Holbert is introducing real-time chemical tracking of pesticide use and adaptive management support for integrated pest management (IPM) programs in boutique agriculture, facilities management, and public lands management. She is the product owner of PESTLogics, an innovative software as a service (SaaS) geospatial data management platform for Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program and tracking pesticide use in the environment.
Sally is currently serving on the Governor’s Pesticide Advisory Board as the representative for environmental interests. Pass legislative work includes serving on Governor Rendell’s Sustainable Water Infrastructure Task Force and assisting Representative Robert Freeman with updates to the MPC – Traditional Neighborhood Development / Land Use and Zoning guidance for smart growth.
