Sean Breyer is the Living Atlas of the World Program Manager for Esri. He and his team manage a massive collection of cloud-based ready-to-use content made available to the GIS community. Sean has been in the GIS industry for over 25 years, developing environmental GIS monitoring at Sandia National Labs, leading the GIS system for the South Carolina Department of Commerce, and in the commercial industry as GIS/IT Director at Rand McNally before moving to Esri. He is interested in developing new and innovative system workflows in GIS, global scale spatial analysis, cartography, and working on conservation/sustainability for the planet. Sean is strong advocate for GIS in the K-12 and supports multiple schools as a GeoMentor.
