Zachary Vavra

Zach Vavra completed an MS in GIS in the spring of 2015 from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. After graduation, he and his wife moved to the wonderful town of Duluth, Minnesota, where he pursued a GIS career with the University of Minnesota Duluth. He currently works for U-Spatial@UMD, a spatial research center based out of the University of Minnesota's Office of the Vice President for Research. Much of his work focuses on hazard mitigation planning for counties across Minnesota.
