William Doane is a GIS Analyst with Baltimore City’s Department of Public Works. He received his Masters in Community Planning from University of Maryland, College Park. Mr. Doane has worked with GIS for the past 10 years on projects including land use analysis, vacant housing strategies, and school utilization reporting.
